This has been the "year of the coaster" for me this summer. With over 40 visits to 11 different amusement parks, I've had a chance to ride nearly 100 different coasters this year. Though at most parks I am too busy trying to grab all the rides I can, I've been able to enjoy trying my hand at photography some more. The results of my experiments can now be seen in my gallery. I only carry in my small "point & shoot" Kodak EasyShare C316 to the parks, so they are not as high quality as they could be. That camera also strongly dislikes low-light situations, including sunset, so unfortunately I am not able to capture many of the shots I wish I could. However, I will keep trying, and will keep trying new subjects, angles, and other ideas, so please keep checking in to see how things progress!
